4 Steps to Selling a Home

When you're ready to list with Julia, it's time to look at your home through the eyes of a buyer. Your agent will help you determine what aspects of your home should be highlighted, and suggest some ways to improve your home's curb appeal for an easy sale.
3 - Modernise
There are pros and cons to doing some work on your property before listing it. It could be as simple as doing a fresh coat of paint in a neutral shade. Julia will help you weight your options, taking into account your budget and timeline.
4 - Advertise
Once you are happy with the state of your home, Julia will bring in a professional photographer, get drone shots and film a promo video for social media. The listing will then go live online.
